1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Seelia. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Seelia mobile application and services. By creating an account or using Seelia, you agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Seelia. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of Seelia, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• Not share your account with others or create multiple accounts

4. User Content

Seelia allows you to post, upload, and share content including videos, photos, comments, and text ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but by posting it on Seelia, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content within our services.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to your User Content
• Your content does not violate any third-party rights
• Your content complies with these Terms and applicable laws

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Posting content or comments that are illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Impersonating any person or entity or misrepresenting your affiliation
• Uploading content containing viruses or malicious code
• Harassing, bullying, or intimidating other users through posts or comments
• Posting spam, advertisements, or promotional content without authorization
• Collecting or harvesting personal information from other users
• Using automated systems or bots to access the service
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Posting content that infringes intellectual property rights

6. Content Moderation

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to monitor, review, and remove User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable. We may take action including warning, suspending, or terminating accounts that violate our policies.

7. Intellectual Property

The Seelia app, including its design, features, graphics, and code, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our services without our express written permission.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

9. Third-Party Services

Seelia may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

10. Disclaimers

Seelia is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using the service will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the service will be corrected

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the service
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through the service
• Any errors or omissions in any content

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Seelia and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to Seelia at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings.

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the service will immediately cease
• We may delete your account and User Content
• Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of Seelia after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Seelia shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.

16. Dispute Resolution

If you have any concerns or disputes about the service, please contact us first to seek resolution. We will work in good faith to resolve any issues.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Seelia regarding your use of the service and supersede any prior agreements.
